Had the worst experience and I would not recommend you book for any important events if you want reliability, they took £199 deposit which they refuse to return and gave me 1 days notice of not being able to deliver the vehicle at the time requested and left me hanging until the day of the event to say they can now do it. They then had the cheek to imply I am now cancelling so the deposit is non refundable. Joke of a company! Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Absolutely awful service. A recent review was previously posted on here with the same rating, but has now disappeared. Ordered a Rolls Royce vehicle for a wedding, a deposit was taken and the order was confirmed and booked. However, with a few weeks left until the event date, a phone call was received to say that the Rolls Royce was "double booked", when it was seemingly apparent that another offer came in and they went and accepted a higher fee. I would highly recommend for Limousine Hire in Coventry have used them twice and on both occasions vehicles have been spotless and they are always punctual and polite.
