Dr Germin - is very knowledgeable and excellent at what he does - I suffer from horrible migraine headaches -his staff is always helpful if I need anything - would recommend highly -
This was my first visit with Dr Germin. His office was very nice. Dr Germin was difficult to understand, but he seemed to care. He likes to tell informative stories. I actually learned some things. I noticed some other comments saying negative things that I did not see in this doctor. I guess you cannot please everyone.
Typical HMO Doctor who makes you wait hours, staff is rude, doesn't return calls, spends only 1 minute with you. Bad bedside manner. All the doctors and staff seem frustrated and unhappy.
the doctor was yelling at me and talking about me in front of is staff you should never do that i got up and left
Didn't care for his attitude. Was a know it all and very arrogant. Felt like he was doing me a huge favor just to see me.
Is very knowledgeable on Multiple Sclerosis and does lectures on the subject. Bedside manner is up and down, can be funny at times and also grouchy, but is a very busy man. His PAC is very courteous and nice and also the staff,(some more than others) Biggest complaint is loss of faxes between them and the insurance co. All in all, he is very good at what he does.
