Dr. Germin and his staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me to take appointments at several offices after initial meeting and my tumor was removed two weeks after the meeting. After the surgery, when I text the office manager regarding condition, he replied right away and contacted Dr. Germin and that gave us peace of mind. Wait times are always very high. Dr. Germin is an excellent doctor who really works hard to take care of his patients.
I can highly recommend this office as being very organized and thorough. I was run through a battery of test over the course of four different appointments. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and very knowledgable. Dr. Germin performed a couple of electrical stimulation test on my arms and legs and I can honestly say that I did not feel a thing as he talk to me during the procedure and completely distracted the fact that he was using needles on my arms and legs. Dr. Germin and Tera have been a great help since my accident. Through trial and error they were able to find the best medication treatment to help me function again...I would recommend CNS to all my patients, friends and family.

Unfortunately I had the misfortune of seeing him quite a few years ago now. It doesn't sound like he has improved much, if any. I was a professional dancer who trained and studied at The Royal Ballet School in London and was suffering from passing out and very occasionally had seizures. He 'diagnosed' me incorrectly as having epilepsy (I was later correctly diagnosed with a hyperactive vagal nerve) and condescendingly asked me how I wasn't having seizures due to 'the strobe lights'. Unique experience! The man is very STRANGE and SADISTIC.It appears that he is his own best fan and needs more than an upscale neighborhood/ office to make up for his lack of expertise .
He needs to go back to Russia . He lies and causes American people alot of harm. Nevada needs to do alot better. He is a terrible doctor.
Worst doctor I have ever seen in my life! Rolled his eyes and told me I was over weight and too much sugar before he even did a scan on my head. Very rude asked if I was a B or C student tryed to make me feel stupid for coming to his office. Very bad English dialect, also drowsy looking. I would never go back to that office.
