Great service, gor me into my new car quickly and efficiently. Prices were spot on as well, great quality cars
Tried from 9am to view car. I called every 2 hours as they were preparing car. Then then said after second call would whatsapp me. When i call and complained they said they will hang up as they are busy. I did want to buy car but if they don't care about their customers from the start they clearly have terrible after service. So disappointed.
Bought a car on Saturday, never used it until Monday., then found a few faults with it. Phoned Tuesday and requested a refund, they asked me if i wanted them to look at the faults i reiterated that i just wanted a refund, so was asked to take it back today (wednesday) which I did. Refund was properly and promptly given. Yes they did gain a full tank of fuel, also I need to untax the car and let the insurance company know. But they get 4 * for the hassle free refund.
