Josh was wonderful helped us get a strap installed.on our 2016 Prius required special work to innovate. He ordered the parts, told us when they arrived an.supervised the the installation.
Service fail. Lost keys to vehicle, lost paperwork, now holding car hostage on Father's day. On top of that being totally rude about the whole thing. What a joke, there is no such thing as "customer service" anymore. Never again.

We bought our 2015 Toyota 4Runner trail from Mr. Martindale and he went above and Beyond to take care of us in purchasing our second Toyota. I would have to say he gives your dealer ship a great name, because we bought our first Toyota from Auto Nation in Fort Myers and they were very unprofessional. Its a shame that he wasn't there back when we bought our Toyota Avalon. Looking forward in getting our next Toyota from Mr. Martindale.
