I would like to acknowledge Ann Marie Roebuck. She listened to my questions and answered them , without me feeling like she was hurrying me. Explained up front what my car would be serviced for and the cost. It's a little thing but when my car was done, she came and got me rather than call out my name. I really felt like she gave me personal attention. I clicked on the wrong stars! She was excellent, 5 stars for Ann Marie.
This is my 5th vehicle purchased at Germain Toyota because of a fair price and wonderful service!
I highly recommend Jason Schulte if you are looking for a top-notch salesman to show you the many fine products available at Germain. He is courteous, enthusiastic, responsive, and knows his stuff. The dealership is impressive, as are the cars. Our experience was extremely positive.

I recently had my car serviced Jeremy Bongle was my service rep. I left my wallet in my car with all my Christmas money inside. When I returned my wallet was untouched and every dollar was there. THANK GOD FOR HONEST PEOPLE!

We contacted this dealership today to inquire about a specific used vehicle. They told us to come down & drive it & that they would try to work with us on our price. We just went to see the car & they told us it was sold last night. Waste of our time, & very poor customer service.
Geff. Smith from the Service dept took immediate care of my Prius when I told him there was a burning smell coming from the car. I want to thank him for finding the fishing line that was wrapped around the axle of the wheel. 5 star service Many thanks !
