My 2015 Toyota Sienna had a rattle in the passenger side sliding door. Nadine Rotz wrote me up and estimated an hour wait. Right on time, the rattle was a seat belt caught in the door and I got a free car wash! Very happy for all of it and thank you Nadine!

I have my 2008 Avalon serviced each ed winter when I come to Naples. My Service Advisor Frank Lopez is a prime reason I continue to use Germain as my preferred service provider. In a word I "trust" him. To me that is paramount along with the quality of work provided by the technicians. For me Frank is the face of Germain Toyota and he has made me a believer.
I brought both of our Highlanders in during the past month, and was lucky to get Frank Lopez as my Service guy both times. He is knowledgable, professional, and friendly. Thamks, Frank!
