Was argued with about my covered oil change and they never plugged the tire I told them needed it. Was met with argumentative manner about it and had to show them where it was. My reward...a 90 minute additional wait. Have purchased 4 vehicles in the past with them. Doubt there will be a 5th.
Jim the service adviser was great. Great cappuccino machine. They need to put a soda machine where customers can use. There is one in the service bay, but you have to have someone get it since you can't go back there. Was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
Very nice friendly staff who are experts in their fields.
Just was t to say that your Salesmen Mason was great to work with and followed up with me even after the sale to make sure the truck was to my liking. Also Kelly Moody took great care of me and my needs as a customer making sure that I was satisfied leaving the establishment.
Sold me a 2005 sti with more leaks than the titanic. Germain isnt doing anything about it except send me a $100 "courtesy" check and the warranty that the saleman added on for 2k is useless. Salesmen dont care about your problems once they sell you their car. Thanks for reinforcing the notion that used cars and sales people cannot be trusted. Guess i will go screw myself and my $18k paperweight
They tell you everything you want to hear on the phone but once your there everything changes. Wasted 3 hr of my time. When looking for a car please think before going there.
