Sorry never again they lost a maybe lifetime customer in me for sure after a lease I wasn’t happy about waited to speak to a manager for 4 days ! And then they made me speak to a gentleman no so gentleman like at all tockey what a ordeal if that’s your management then I would have brought my resume to the lease deal!!
Lack of professionalism and customer services skill from Service Advisor Damien D Reed. Failed to call once the car was ready to pick or the arrival of the part ordered.
Just leased a 2018 Toyota RAV4. The entire team at Germain was first class! My salesman Ralph Calleja went above and beyond and spent the entire day helping me make the best decision for me! Don’t buy or lease from anyone without first stopping here and ask for Ralph!!!!
Be more organized and less rude

Great people, and fantastic service
I give 5 stars. I own a 2003 Toyota gold Camry. I always have service done at Germain. Great experience every visit. I just had my 83500 mile service done. Damian was my service coordinator and gave me a list of a few things I needed, and a projection that I will need tires next year. I have always had great dependable service. When I do decide to replace my Car I will buy from Paul Delmonte, since I have known him many yrs. He is very knowledgeable and always helpful both at work and out in the community.
Liers ,thieves they stole from my mother so bad , this people have no souls 6 months ago my mother bought a corolla from this thieves I’m currently overseas, when I reviewed her agreement oh god this people have no respect for my 65 years old retired mother , i called the finance manager his name yuri gonzalez he has no soul this people charged my mother with every available fee out there, pre delivery charge 799 for a car they had in the lot ! 853$ for accessories that when I asked him what kind of accessories were those he... read more
