Big shout out to you guys ! Really worked some magic for me and my family over in the used car side ! These people actually wouldnt let me leave until they could make the deal happen because of there concern of my 2 year olds safety in my old car. I left in a very nice and newer model vehicle... I needed a small part for my windshield washers. I googled it and found that the MSRP for #85321-28020 is $ 17.87. Most of the Toyota dealers online are selling it for about $13 + shipping. The Parts Dept. at Germain Toyota sold it to me for $33.13 claiming on the invoice that the MSRP is $31.25. When I asked for a manager to explain this I was told that he was too busy.
Purchased a vehicle yesterday, they work wonders. We are excited about our new car, can't thank them enough. My wife is super happy
We are in need of a car and willing to buy today if we had found the right one. The salesman seemed bothered that we wanted to look at 2 or 3 cars. Felt like we were wasting his time. Off to another dealership. Definitely lost our sale.
