I came in to have a headlight issue looked at. They ended up finding an issue with my car leaking oil and decided the two were connected. It would have been $369 to fix just the light issue or $1,500 to fix the entire thing. I'm a recent college grad with not much money so I decided not to do the repairs. At that point I found out I was being charged $119 for the car just to be looked at. I have never come across a more untrusted group of car salesman. This must be where they get their bad reputation from. All I ask is honesty during this car buying and waiting...waiting process but that seems impossible for this business.
I received a coupon for an oil change for $19.99 plus a 10 dollar gift card. The mailer included the vin number for my car. When I arrived after making my appointment I was told that was not valid for my car and they charged me $62. They lost a customer!
