I think they like there cars and trucks so much they want to keep them made Jeff 2 different offer with in 1000 or 2 of price and got told by the sale manager that I ought to shop somewhere else . I guess they don't need the money . Crazy I don't know what to think.

My mom has never purchased a car on her own. But everyone here made it super easy to get into a used car! Kaleb Murray was fantastic and very personable through the whole process. Our 2004 Corolla is beautiful and I will personally be coming back when I need a car! Thanks Kaleb!

Its actually a negative 5 stars. We have purchased 6 new cars in 6 and their customer service after this last purchase of 2 new cars is a disgrace. Do not go there!!!!!

2 hours for an oil change. Room for improvement. I even had an appointment.

The new waiting area is so nice compared to the previous location. There's a separate kid area and complimentary hot beverages. Kent was my Service Advisor and he did a great job explaining everything and I observed him regularly coming into the waiting area to communicate with his customers. Great experience! This is why I am a long-time customer of Germain Toyota.
