I had a very good experience. My salesman David Backherms and finance manager where great. They got my APR lowered by refinancing my old loan. Which was 27% now I'm at at 9%,which saves me over a $100 a month. David also got me into a second vehicle. Which we are very pleased with! The service at Germain Toyota in Scarborough was beautiful I was able to purchase a lease agreement right away with no hassles and stress free customer service the person who handles my purchase is Amanda Low back and she was beautiful and she hangs with my appointment with the deepest most intimate care whatever I need it she helped me to get through the process under my recommendation I would be for anyone to Germain Toyota for the sole purpose they cared about the customer
