Overall, it was an Excellent experience! The dealership was an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Dealing with our salesperson Colleen Kofron as well as the financial management at Germain Toyota was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend visiting Germain Toyota if you are in the market for a new vehicle! I wasn't exactly sure what vehicle I wanted - and AJ was super helpful in helping me narrow down my decision. Service department needs help. They worked on 11April2017, went in 17April 2017 because the 3 lights came back on. Note I called day before made 11am appointment. Bottom line as of 18 April 2018, still have free rental and have not heard from them yet
