The absolute worst and most dishonest experience i ever had at Germain toyota... beware folks...

I knew I wanted a Highlander and went to Tansky and Direct first. We did not have a great experience at either location. As soon as we walked through the door at Germain we were welcomed by AJ who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I am so glad we decided to make one more stop. I had what I wanted before lunch! I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you AJ!

I have been waiting for Toyota to come out with the prius prime so I could buy one, what I didn't know was you have to order one. It was my luck that while cruising Germains parking lot there was one sitting out front. I got out to check it out and Kenny popped out to see if I needed any help, I asked him if the car was sold already and he said the customer had backed out of buying it. I said good I'll buy it.
