I loved my buying a new Rav 4 from Germain Toyota. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and did not use high pressure tactics. Ashiqur and Luke treated me with respect and kindness. I will always tell my friends what they did for me. I hope Ashiqur is still working there when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle. I highly recommend Germain Toyota and all their employees. Great place to buy your next car.

After not being able to get my loan for the promised 0.9 interest rate, instead of calling me and figuring something out they fraudulently signed my name to a loan 4 points higher than we originally agreed to..without my knowledge.. Now after 3 weeks of trying to fix. No response from anybody.. Shady dealers and finance people. Terrible service so far...
