I blew out a tire and bent the rim. I had no appointment and they still took me in. They were extremely polite and professional, showing me everything before they did it. I had forgotten to take pictures of the damage and they took my phone and ran to get pictures. I had the same service man when I picked up my car as I had when I dropped it off. That was a great relief as I knew he would know everything without me having to explain. Upfront, honest, professional, and VERY friendly.

Germain of Columbus service does a great job. I had a flat tire got enough air to make it to dealership. Chuck was great. He took truck in had the guys look at and let me know I needed a new tire. I told Chuck I had to wait til payday. He said that's fine it would be ready when I came I pulled in and went chucks desk he remembered who I was and had everything done within an hour. They always treat me right.
