From my friend, Paul McIlwaine: Germain Toyota Columbus Ohio is ripping off women.Wife took the car in for oil change. They said the lug nuts on her Camry were swollen and a hazard. Replaced all 20 lug nuts at $8 a piece. I called the service manager and the general manager neither of them have the integrity to call me back. They will never see another dime from us.

We brought our Lexus RX350 in to the collision center for a bumper replacement caused by a parking lot valet in downtown Columbus. Everyone that helped us from the collision team, rental/parts teams were quick, and extremely helpful. Also the car was detailed very well, looks brand new! Thank you all for your attention to detail in your work.
Bad experience there! Worst customer service ever! 2 and a half hour wait for oil change, brake fluid, and tire rotation. Worst part is breaking one of my tires.
