Professional and courteous
Very poor service. Purchased a RAV4 Friday after Christmas with scheduled pickup 8 days later when we arrived we were informed the new car wasn’t there. With no communication to us. Then we were told they had to get a different RAV4 only without a luggage rack which was to be scheduled today however when I arrived they were not ordered and not able to install. It now will be another Saturday morning before I can get them on. Simple communication with the customer could have saved all these extra trips and frustration.
