I 100% DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT, recommend this place. I purchased a vehicle from them and from the beginning I’ve had nothing but issues. Starting with signing paperwork for financing my car loan. I had a co-signer, they had me and the co-signer signing the different spots on every page, so my bank was unsure who the owner of the car was and who the co-signer was. Words cannot begin to express the horrible experience I had with this place! I am still having to pay fees that I am not responsible for , and because they bought the car back , they feel like that has fixed all of the issues. Not only was a sold a car with no brake lights , I also was sold a car that had not been inspected since Aug, there were steering issues , bad tires , and I had to take this car back for repairs 6 times! Drove 2.5 hours to an appointment I had set up to see a vehicle only to find the vehicle was sold 30 minutes before my appointment. I was told by the sales associate that The vehicle would be held until my appointment. Poor customer service. Obviously when you travel that far your intent is to buy. The manager, Aimee, was present but did not at the very least apologize for the inconvenience.
The staff - sales, finance, everyone was great! They made sure I got the best deal possible. Omar is the best salesman I’ve worked with yet. I’ll definitely get my next car from them!
