Just bought a used 4Runner and was looking for a dealer to service. Took it in for the airbag recall. Scheduling and service was as expected, until I picked up my vehicle. The technician left my truck filthy. There were dark grimy smudges all over the dash and front window, as well as dirt ground into both driver and passenger entries. Bought 10 cars in the last 6years. They are calling me (the co-signer) to pay a $300 bill for my Sons leased car they took back when they sold him a new car, promising that all was paid off and forgiven. Won’t even call my Son who according to their records is not even on the lease. Go Fish! Never recommend or buy another car there again.
Horrible service department. Told me Costco Michelin tires are inferior to Toyota tires and that they actually learned that in a workshop with a Toyota representative. I have a close friend who works at Costco and we went to talk to the tire department, the guy said emphatically this was untrue. Called Costco corporate office and was told the same thing. I got approved for a loan I found a car that was 100 dollars more then what I was approved for and they must not want to sell me a car if they aren't willing to take 100-150 off a vehicle I found that I really like and they tell me there's not wiggle room...the last vehicle I bought at a competitor they not only wiggled on the price but also actually took the time to call the bank and and get them to bend and of course they gave a little to.not only to make me happy but to have a a very happy customer I'll take my approval a... read more
I have lacked any positive or honest experience since my initial lease sale. It's been failure after failure, excuse after excuse, false advertisements and enticements and any opportunity to make things right or put effort into keeping me as a customer has been immediately declined. I've been ignored, then brushed aside, and even offers I've received to make a previous failure right have "disappeared" as soon as I attempt to put one to use. Nothing but excuses and inconveniences.

I cannot say enough about Cody Jackson and how far above and beyond he went than any other car dealer I’ve worked with to get my questions answered, help me find an amazing vehicle, and to make sure I was happy.
