Bought a Tundra from AJ. Great service, very quick process and very easy! When car shopping with kids time is valuable and AJ and the crew at Germain understood that. AJ worked to get us in a truck we wanted and made the process very smooth!

Joe Kelly was great in helping me find a nice 2014 RAV 4! This car is perfect! It drives so smoothly, and is great on gas! Joe was very patient, and helped us in every way. He was very knowledgeable, and let us test drive the car. He even chatted with us in the lounge room while the car was being washed. Highly recommend. Thank you Joe!

had a great experience with Jason and the employees at the used car lot. I give them 5/5 stars ! Wish I could say the same about finalizing my deal. I came with my own financing etc and was exhausted by the inability of the others I worked with to understand that all I wanted was the car and nothing else that they could offer me. After a stressful week of finding out my husband had been in an accident (he’s perfectly fine thank God) and my car was deemed a total loss, I was able to get in contact with Amanda Lobach at Germain Toyota who was amazing and made my car buying experience super easy.
