We just bought our new Pearl Blizzard Toyota Avalon from Kaleb Murray at Germain. He was so helpful with us finding the exact type of car we wanted. Purchased 17’ 4 runner from Ashiq, treated me like a friend, got the deal done quickly. Repeatedly said if I ever needed anything to call him. And this was my first-ever, new car purchase. I don’t really know how I ended up with Ashiq for a salesman but I would buy from him again, and I have plenty of friends in used car sales/Toyota sales.

Scheduling the appointment was very easy and drop-off as well. They found a transmission leak which I suspected but didn't think parts would be so expensive (way more than the labor). Left it and told parts would be in Mon and I could pick up Mon PM. No call, had to call in to find out parts didn't come in so had to make arrangements for a car for Tues. Finally Svc Mgr called to say it was finished. Pick-up was easy but repair cost certainly more than expected. Don't feel the service rep did his job start to finish and didn'... read more
