I worked with Amanda for my Uber Exchange Lease. She was very helpful and dedicated to getting me in a car. Amanda answered all of my questions and was always very quick to respond to any messages. The car I ended up with was a 2017 Corolla. So cute. I'm Excited!
I went in for my 55,000 mile inspection. Everyone was polite and I was in and out in no time.

Brought in my 2013 Tacoma for an oil change and inspection. The staff was very friendly and service was prompt, I was in and out in about 45 minutes. All and all I had a great experience, will go back for my next service!

Brian, a manager in the Service Department, is an All-Star. I took my '17 Corolla in for its 5,000-mile maintenance. Standard stuff, but Brian really stood out. Just a great guy. Got me in and out. I brought my 2016 Sienna in for the 20,000 service. I was told it would take about an hour. It was more like only 45 minutes. Everything is fine and the Service people make you feel like you are important and so is your time. Always have had great experiences with Germain Toyota whether purchasing a vehicle or having it serviced.
