I went to Germain to check out the new Chr and trade my corolla in. I had a fantastic time. Tom showed me the CHR and compared it to my current car to help me understand the difference. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. we took it on a test drive around town and I was very happy with the way it drives. It's very edgy and the perfect size for me. I can't wait for them to get more colors in Stock!!
This is the 4th car I have purchased from Germain. This time I bought a 2017 Rav4 and I love it!! I have been extremely satisfied with my purchases here and have never had any trouble. I have worked with Buddy Travis and Ed Sosniak. They were both extremely nice and helpful. Ed made sure that I knew about all of the options on the vehicle and has followed up with me to make sure everything was satisfactory. I will buy here again.

Ashiqur was great, very knowledgable, and clearly explained my options without pressuring me to buy something that was out of my price range. He explained all of the new features well, which helped transitioning from a '99 Camry to the new '17 Carolla. He stayed late to make sure everything was in order, checked that they filled the gas up all the way before I left, and even followed up several times after the purchase to make sure I was still happy with it! What a great company! We purchased our second new vehicle from Germaine in May 2017, a Prius, and what a great car and a great buying experience. Kaine Black was our excellent sales person, very thorough and attentive. The car is fabulous, the staff ia always super and we would recommend this place to anybody in Central Ohio who might be looking for a good car and a great deal!

Bought a 2011 Sienna from Germain. Had a few issues we noticed but they fixed them with no problem at all within a week of buying it. Unfortunately the day after we bought it we noticed a bad vibration from the front end, they looked at and told us both of the CV joints were bad. It took many calls to my salesman over almost a month period for them to finally say they would do nothing about it due to the cost of the other issues they fixed. Apparently Germain Toyota likes selling certified used cars that are not actually certified. Purchased a car last Thursday that has needed to be serviced TWICE since then, for things that they say were checked during certification. The entire process has been a nightmare and I would highly recommend purchasing from another dealership. I have never before had issues with a car within a week of purchase. If you want a reliable vehicle, please look elsewhere.
