The staff is amazing. They’re always friendly, Sara always has my insurance information worked out so I know how much I have left in my plan. Kate has cleaned my teeth a few times now and is great! I HATE flossing, but I’m never made to feel small about it. Instead they give me other options to keep my pearly whites in tip top condition. Dr Neibaur always remembers me and my family and genuinely takes an interest in getting updates. My whole family comes here and we love it!
I had a cleaning and complete exam by their new hygienist, Mandy. She explained things as she was doing the procedure. I like hearing about her family. She made me feel at ease. It was a good visit.
This is a great dental practice! Shortly after returning from an overseas deployment I fractured a tooth on Sunday. Dr. Neibaur not only answered the emergency call personally he also met me and my family at his office within hours and after taking care of the fracture scheduled my follow ups. The following day his team provided friendly and prompt service. I am very thankful for their professionalism and genuine commitment!
The Neibaur Dental Team is top notch. From scheduling to checking insurance and getting you in for your visit, this team is fast and so very friendly. They have a system that texts you reminders, they always try to accommodate your schedule, and they really care about your teeth and your health. Great folks, excellent work, and I highly recommend them.
The office staff is always wonderful, and Sarah adds a special flair, as well as the new hygienist. She was very informative and did an excellent cleaning. Dr. Neibaur is always pleasant, his laugh is memorable
I have received exceptional good dental care since he began his Fairbanks dental practice. I appreciate the staff is willing to figure a way to schedule an appointment that works for me. Also if you are afraid of visiting the dentist, don't put it off. Let the staff know so they can make your visit less scary. Dr. Neibaur is very gentle.
