Enjoyed my first office visit at Neibaur dental! Friendly staff, quick and sanitary experience. Despite all the new mandates in place during COVID-19, it was a great overall experience.

My son is 7 yrs old and likes the dentist. During his last appt he had a different dental assistant. He wasn't really happy about that. My only advice is that she explains things more and be a little more patient. He was scared and she went fwd with using tools he had never had to have before. But she did what she had to do and everything went well.
My daughter enjoys the dentist. During her last visit we realized she had a loose tooth. She was so excited. She doesn't wiggle her loose teeth like her brother does. We appreciate the friendly dental assistant and being able to hold the stuffed animals.
Neibaur dental has been my Fairbanks dental office since they began. The transition from Dr Sawdy was seamless. Perhaps the best things about going there are the lack of wait time and the friendly and personal interaction by all staff. I know that I will be in and out without a lot of down time. My experiences have all been positive.
I was treated very well today with care and gentleness.
Your hygenist is always exclellent and the Doc is wonderful! I had a small chip in my lower tooth and he fixed it really great!
Great friendly staff as always.. Keep up the first class service..
