My son had a great experience today. His gag reflex is pretty bad. But today he was able to do a different x-ray machine. We really appreciated the kindness today from the dental assistant. :)
We have three generations of our family coming to see Dr. Neibaur for their dental needs! Everyone is so kind and helpful. They make going to the Dentist as pleasant of an experience as it can be!
The employees and Dr. Neibaur are always professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!
I normally hate going to a dental office as you wait 30 to 60 minutes after your appointment time to get called in then you pay the dentist to hurt you! Dr Neibaur's office is different, I have always been called in within five minutes of my appointment time, then amazing he doesn't hurt me!! His staff is very knowledgeable also very caring. I recommend Dr Neibaur to everyone as a family dentist for the young and the old.

It's always nice to come to a business that remembers what you talked about the last time you were there. The cleaning is fast and efficient. Dr. Neibaur is professional and his manner warm. I recommend Neibaur Dental to anyone.
I thought I had an apt scheduled to find out I was wrong & Melissa said she would call me in if there was any cancellations! She & the team were able to get me in for my cleaning!! They are so thoughtful & love the hygienist too! She is thorough! Great office and Dentist!!!
