Dr Neibaur made this a pleasant experience along with everyone in the office.
I was met at the car and My temperature was checked, I was questioned about how I felt recently. She was masked and said I should too, inside. The cleaning went as usual, they are always careful, with masks and gloves and long sleeves. Furniture and equipment is sprayed with disinfectant and wiped after each patient. It is a germ free environment, even more than usual.
My husband and I had our first appointments together. We were in and out quickly. It was a good first experience. I’d recommend them to others who are looking for a dentist in Fairbanks.
From the moment Mandy came out of the building to greet me till I left I was given professional care. I will certainly be returning and would recommend Dr. Neibaur's Dentistry to all who asked.
Covid-19 has changed somethings but the level of care and professionalism is still very high.
Had Mandy for the first time. I had a thorough cleaning. She was friendly and efficient. As always, Dr. Neibar checked in for a peek in my mouth. I appreciate the environment in this office. I’ve always felt valued and that I receive quality care.
