From my 1st phone call to our initial visit, great service. Front Desk Melissa takes the extra steps to assure all data is correct. Maria is super nice and explains well what is being done. And Dr. N is explaining well what he does and really cares. Keep up the good work, we will be back.
Scheduling was simple and I was able to fill out my forms online prior to my visit. The day of, I had a short wait before heading back. My hygienist, Mandy, was very nice and did a great job. The water she used for rinsing was even warm! My teeth are sensitive to cold so this was a big plus. Dr. Neibaur was very easy going and professional. It was a great experience all around!
Our family has been going to Dr. Neibaur for years now and we couldn't be happier. Him as well as his staff have always been amazing, kind and fabulous. On our way to our appointments today my daughter asked me to promise that we will never go anywhere else and always go to see Dr. Neibaur.
