We have been customers for years. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The staff is wonderful, the jewelry is gorgeous and the service is impeccable.
The gold earrings my husband bought me from here were placed in a tattered box. The inside was worn as well and had "Carla" on the inside of the lid. They gift wrapped it for him so he didn't get to see how awful it looked. If someone buys gold earrings, then have some pride in your business and their purchase and place the jewelry in a nice, new box.

Carla is the earring manufacturer and supplies the boxes to fit their earring styles and sizes. We recently received a group of boxes where the leatherette pulled when removing the Carla price tags. True home town professionals!! You wont find this in a "big box" retailer!!
The only place i trust to take care of my jewelry. I have been taking my jewelry to Gerald's for 22 years. I live in Everett now but more then willing to drive to Oak Harbor to purchase or have maintenance done.
