I brought in a pearl necklace to ask if it could be extended as it was a little too short. Everyone was so helpful. They offered me several price options. I could not be more pleased with the work. My necklace is beautiful!
RecommendedGerald's does such a wonderful job at repairing jewelry! It is a family business that treats their customers like family as well. Debbie always remembers my name, even if I haven't been there in a year or two. The quality of their work is outstanding. They are definitely the best jeweler on the Island. Gerald’s is hands down the best! Between the above and beyond customer service, gorgeous work and Amazing staff I am a forever customer! I had a diamond fall out of my wedding ring and needed it by a pretty tight deadline, they got it back to me within 3 hours absolutely perfect and as sparkly as the first day I bought it! I love how they make you feel as if your personal piece of jewelry is just as important to them as it is to you!
