RecommendedI went into the store to have some earring backs customized and they were done perfectly and timely. While I was there I found a new setting for my wedding diamond that I loved and they were so helpful with the process. I absolutely love the ring and would recommend any service or purchase.

Walked in at lunchtime today with two watches - one that needed a battery and a vintage one that I was going to ask about servicing. Doug said he would change the battery and then polish the crystal on my vintage piece. Chatted with another employee and within 10 minutes, he was done - no charge for the polish and very reasonable price for the battery replacement. We then had a nice conversation about the mechanics of the vintage watch - fantastic customer service!
This is the best jewelry store in the Northwest. They helped me design a pendant to hold a diamond I had made from my father’s ashes and it turned out great. It is a priceless piece that will be in my family forever. Debbie was so helpful in the whole process, I don’t know how to thank her and the staff.
