I love going in to Gerald's! The jewelry is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are also competitive. I especially like that the receipt is thorough. Other places that repair jewelry give receipts that just give a general descriptions, whereas Gerald's has pictures and descriptions on the receipts.
I could spend hours in your store! I would love to come in one day and try on the numerous pieces that catch my eye, (It would take an entire day)! Did I mention how much I love the Gerald’s team? It’s always an adventure!
I bought Janes first diamond ring there from Gerald Himself, over 30 years ago, and her 50 th anniversary solitary just last year, and oh so much in between, as well as the jewelry chest to keep it in. When I came in to find a temporary replacement for my wedding ring I was shown the plain bands. Fair enough, but when I decided to not spend so much so I could apply the 400 to repairing my wedding ring the woman I was working with lost interest. I suggested looking at some nice costume rings and was told "We have nothing in your size" I was able to choose from a HUGE selection of acceptable bands at the Navy Exchange.
They did a wonderful job repairing my engagement ring after I lost one of the diamonds. I got it back one week later and it looks brand new. Thanks guys for the exceptional work you did!

we have been dealing with Geralds for 37+yrs. They do the best custom work I have ever seen. I get more compliments on the work that that have done for me and this includes other jewelers. Anyone who wants old pieces refurbished, custom or just cleaning done this is the place to go. Besides staff is the friendliest people you would ever deal with.
I took a old family ring in to be repaired and sized to fit me. I was thrilled to see the wonderful detailed work that was done to the ring. So glad we discovered this great jewelry store and the wonderful people who work there.
