I've been working with the Gerald family of auto dealers for many years ( 2 Xterra's, 1 Pathfinder and 1 Kia) and I am so very happy with them. They have always been helpful and wonderful to work with including their service teams. I just moved so for many years I worked with Naperville. I'm now having the North Aurora Service Team help me with my 5 YO Xterra - no working washer fluid. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Listened to what my needs were, and offered perfect options for me. Really felt like I was taken care of, and made me feel my choice was the right one for me.
My sales men was sunny and kino. My experience was super amazing. I was stuck in paying my old car which would keep breaking down and I would owe even more money on it. Nissan just paid the difference and added it to the new car total. They were friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They made sure I could get the best deals possible. This is where I'd love to take my car to to get fixed and buy a new one. Thanks so much for your wonderful customer service.
