BUYER BEWARE! Gerald Nissan are SCAMMERS, liars, cheats and con artists. They made a deal to take back my lease “as is” and 6-months later, I got an invoice for $4,000. Lee and Tamer... you both are Typical Car Salesmen and I hope consumers shop anywhere else. You are not men of your word.
They charge you $2000 for a "lifetime warranty" and decide not to honor it when you take your car in for service.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Nissans are built with the worst transmission ever!! My Sentra has 100,000 miles and in need of its THIRD transmission. They were sued with a class action suit and there is an active recall on this, yet their reps constantly give customers the run-around and are in constant damage control to limit the number of transmissions they replace. the service department could use some people skills. I was very disappointed that when told my warranty was expired no one even suggested trying to look into the problem I was having. thanks for the warm welcome Nissan.
Bought a car a month ago only to find out there is a problem with the fuel gauge, called and left messages for a call back. After 5 hours I called again only to be told the car was sold as is and to hit the gas tank with a mallet to see is maybe that fixes the issue.
