The sales person was very friendly and he was able to help me. Also the Sales manager was able to help me.
The staff are scam artists. Kevin Pang the GM is unprofessional and refused to give me his boss' phone number. He even went as far as hanging up on me. We went in looking for an All Wheel drive vehicle, they told us what we were buying was an All Wheel Drive & it was NOT! We didn't realize it until 2 months later after asking a GMC dealer. Please don't shop here (Read comments).

I have to give a huge SHOUT OUT to Christopher Brischetto and staff at Gerald Nissan of North Aurora!! I had my breaks done last Friday and a noise checked out. They said I needed a new belt. I still heard the noise after the new belt so they picked my car up while I was at work first thing Monday morning, found the problem (loose heat shield), fixed it along with two more items on my check list of things that needed attention !!! Well yesterday and today was my first "journey" with my 2013 Nissan Leaf since buying a week ago, and I have Gerald Nissan of North Aurora to thank for helping me get to my destination in Chicago and back home smoothly. The quick charger worked beautifully and the customer lounge was very clean and it was warm and dry (it had been raining outside).
