I had my car for two years they said lifetime warranty it’s the water pump they won’t even fix it they’re saying I have missing receipts for oil receipts I had all my oil done I just can’t find all the receipts but I had all the oil changes done but oil change has nothing to do with water pump oh and then let me tell you as a manager told me to come in and he can get me into a Nissan rogue sport and I went up there and they’re like I’ll keep the same payment oh no it was a different story they said $500 a month so watch out ... read more
This was the absolute worst experience of my life, that place is full of theives and liers!! I will never do any kinda business with them!!
Stay away from Nissan. Took my 2013 Sentra for CVT SW upgrade. Transmission broke after that. Now Gerald Nissan Aurora, IL wants $4000 to fix the transmission.
