Awful business! Traded my car in, received 2 violations on the car 2 YEARS LATER because Gerald Nissan didn’t transfer the title. They don’t return calls, emails & have not fixed THEIR mistake! Do NOT BUY OR TRADE IN YOUR CAR here!
I had my car for two years they said lifetime warranty it’s the water pump they won’t even fix it they’re saying I have missing receipts for oil receipts I had all my oil done I just can’t find all the receipts but I had all the oil changes done but oil change has nothing to do with water pump oh and then let me tell you as a manager told me to come in and he can get me into a Nissan rogue sport and I went up there and they’re like I’ll keep the same payment oh no it was a different story they said $500 a month so watch out ... read more
This was the absolute worst experience of my life, that place is full of theives and liers!! I will never do any kinda business with them!!
Stay away from Nissan. Took my 2013 Sentra for CVT SW upgrade. Transmission broke after that. Now Gerald Nissan Aurora, IL wants $4000 to fix the transmission.
I had the best experience here! TJ and Jason were so helpful with my situation.They went out of their way to get me my vehicle and made the process as stress free as possible! I would definitely recommend coming here for your next vehicle purchase
