Most ignorant salesman/people I have ever dealt with and no one cares. I have never been spoken to or treated this way by any company! Garage dealership and garbage people! Go to Thomas Nissan in Joliet!

This company will not honor an advertised price. I call after I found a truck on their web page. The “sales manager” I talked to was dismissive and rude. I also have contacted the Department of Consumer affairs, BBB, and CH 7. Must be something about the moral deficit that is pervasive in the auto sales industry in Illinois.
I recommend this dealership and Rami in the sales department to anyone looking for a welcoming experience. All around had a great car buying experience and will be coming here for future cars.
The best Nissan dealer in the area with the best warranty in the business
Would give 0 stars if I could. Though the sales guy was amazing I was promised car with navigation. I take the car the card is gone, they will get it with in a week. Great, i bought the car beginning of December, still dont have it almost March. I regret taking the car. I feel fooled and scammed. Thank you nissan! Not!
