Lunacy moment of the day. Someone whom called himself the showroom floor manager, told my son that they use a machine that may break during their diagnostic analysis. And if it breaks, my son would be charged $700. Real con artists. I will never purchase another car here or get any type of servicing. Corporate Nissan will be contacted and I will make my radio audience aware to stay from Gerald Nissan of "Schyster"ville.
Ridiculous staff, Worst Customer Service.. only worried about selling you a car and then nothing but rude since, bought not 1 but 2 vehicles from them the same day and will never go back!!! Many other Nissan dealers out there, I love my Car and would recommend a Nissan to anyone looking , however I would strongly suggest going to another dealer.
The service department is friendly, knowledgable, and understanding! Armando and Saul did a great job working with me to find the problem, they never gave up. Best dealership I have ever worked with!
Thanks to Tom in the service dept, he found and fixed the noise my Rogue was making when the other guy couldn't! Thanks Tom! I knew I wasn't hearing things!
