I lost the gas cap for my car and had to buy an aftermarket one. Right after this happened my check engine light went on. I had a feeling that it was due to the gas cap situation. I took it to Gerald. They charged me almost $100 to tell me it was the gas cap. I was so angry. The good customer service move would have been to not charge me anything. I now know better. Our new 2016 Nissan has been serviced 4 times so far and every time has been perfect. Always polite and on time. This service department really has their act together. Nice to drive off in a clean car too!
My wife and I had set benchmarks for our next vehicle like mileage, tech/comfort and off road abilities like serious snow. We had become burned out in car shopping. B.J. was fun to work with, and he gave my best friend, who joined me for moral support (my old car was towed to the dealership that morning), just as much attention as he did me. He listened to my concerns, and was understanding about my needs, especially financially, as a single mom. From conversations with the service department team to signing financing paperwork with J.B. Always a pleasant visit from first pulling up through cashing out
never going back! ran our credit 7 times to make it look like we had bad credit, and somehow added an extra 5,000$ to the price after they "lowered it" scam artists for sure.
I was very pleased with the purchase of my vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with BJ, who had GREAT customer service, and had a lot of knowledge of the vehicle. My first time buying a Nissan, and was not sure how it would go. Have been a lifer with hyundai's. Thank BJ for your service, hope the company acknowledges your great customer service. Here's hoping this vehicle last and runs as great as my past vehicles. If so I will be back in 3 years.
