Service manager treated me poorly. Tried to charge me a hours labor to push a relearn button on their ECU reader. Service manager could have cared less that I wasn't happy.
The sales person Kevin Bombeck was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the differences in the vehicles that I was interested in. Also, my purchase went pretty late, and the dealership was closed, but he stayed until I was able to get into the financing department and then took the time to go over my vehicle. LOVE MY NEW ROGUE! !
Worst car-buying experience. Would never recommend buying here.
They gave my husband and I a fair price on our used Jeep Patriot, and when we had some service troubles a few days after our used purchase--they happily fixed our vehicle with no charge. It was so surprising to see someone do something out of good will. It makes me happy to know that there are dealerships out there who break that "used car lot" stigma.
