About $2000 over 6 months and they still can’t fix the air bag. Now they want another $1400 to see if they can guess what’s wrong and will not guarantee anything! It’s all computerized so you should be able to figure it out. Shame on you for taking my money and not fixing anything. Oh and you let me drive off with an air bag that doesn’t work. Safety first at Gerald Nissan!

Very safe place to wait while your car is in service. They practice social distancing and keep you entertained and self serve starbucks coffee and snacks. The service team are very nice and they treat you as an important customer. Very easy to set up an appointment. They are generous too in giving discounts and coupons for the services so you don’t have to go anywhere else! In April of 2019 this Nissan Dealership ran a full five point diagnostic and recommended new tires with oil change on our 2013 Nissan Rogue. Two months later after completing all repairs the AC stopped working and required repair. Now, May 2020 the same car needs a new transmission ($4,171.00). I brought the car in for a routine oil change with no issues or warning lights. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Nissans are built with the worst transmission ever!! My Sentra has 100,000 miles and in need of its THIRD transmission. They were sued with a class action suit and there is an active recall on this, yet their reps constantly give customers the run-around and are in constant damage control to limit the number of transmissions they replace. We bought a brand new Nissan Altima from here not too long ago. The customer service was okay and unfortunately they did not have the color I was looking for. I wish I was offered different options on the car, none the less, we do enjoy it. The car has been serviced here a few times already and Anthony in the service drive is very polite, friendly and takes care of us. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good deal, as well as service for your Nissan

I do not recommend Gerald Nissan! They sold me a certified car and checked off the tires were the same brand, same tread. This is not the case! I have pictures and they still haven’t rectified the situation. They are really good at covering for there employees and calling the customer dishonest! It doesn’t matter your employee has been there a long time. People are human and make mistakes. Look at the picture correct the error and move on! Not at this dealer!

Vinod was wonderful. He knew the inventory and understood the product. Nothing felt forced. The sales process felt like the staff was genuinely trying to find the right fit for us not just make a sale. I can’t say the same for other dealers in the area. We will have another driver in the family in a few short years. We will definitely be back.
