Thank you to Valerie and her team for handling the sale of my house. Valerie was always easy to reach and responded to queries and the process was free of any unexpected issues. There were some issue with the 3rd party verification app used and documents going missing or part-missing, hence the 4 stars not 5. Regardless, I would recommend Gepp.

Several times I phoned and asked to speak to my solicitor and she was always busy and whenever I asked for a call back I didn't receive any calls back. Their communication skills are terrible and non existent.

I spoke to this company in September 2019 regarding legal advice on a matter, later on I found out the receptionist was so annoyed I asked for further information that she left me a bad review for my personal telephone number online ! She then wrote false and inaccurate information about me

Excellent solicitors, I was supported, reassured and given explanations of the process throughout the case. The Gepp Solicitor representing me went above and beyond.
