We were traveling north on I-75. We wanted to eat at a local small business, so we stopped here. The girl that took our order was nice. As far as the food, it was ok. The brisket was pretty good with sweet sauce on it. The stew was bland, so I doctored it up with sweet sauce. My chicken patty wouldn't cut with the plastic fork, so I made a sammich out of it. My gf said her pulled pork was OK, fries and cole slaw were better. Portions were pretty small. Not bad, not great.
Service was great. Food sucked. Chicken breast was dry and tough. Bbq pork was similar to the tub you can buy pre made from the deli. Over priced for what you get.
Recommendedthis is our second time eating here and it was hot and delicious both times.

friendly workers and nice seating area
Not sure meat is always cooked fresh(daily)..it is a hit or miss with getting fresh ribs. Again they were brown and old looking like they came from the bottom of the barrel. I didnt have time to go back and request my money back. Probably will be the last time Im going back after trying to support local business.
