Terrible - Waste of money! This place is not worth my time. The staff is Very unprofessional, from the moment I arrived. The hair service was even worse. I have been to many high end places and know a thing or two about hair care and customer service and this place is far from a class A salon. The massage I had was good and Annette I think was her name tried to make up for all the lack in the place, but really she should work somewhere else because I would never go back.
Shana is so talented! Shana did my hair for my wedding and my bridals. You know you can trust someone with your own hair when they have great hair. Shana has great hair. She did an amazing up-do for both days and she was so integral to making me feel beautiful on one of the most important days of my life. Thank you Shana!
At Aveda Gtown, Karina Gutierrez = AMAZING!! On my first visit to Aveda Georgetown, I had requested a facial. I was placed with Karina Gutierrez and truly, it was an answered prayer. Karina is an amazing Esthetician and she cares! With so much horrible customer service around it is hard to find someone who actually cares about your situation. Secrets revealed Sometimes secrets are just too good to keep to yourself. Karina Gutierrez, Esthetician at Aveda Georgetown is AMAZING! She's fast, thorough, funny, and and has a special technique for leg waxing - the last time I saw her was in February and only now, four months later, I find that it's time to schedule another appointment. Shana Dee is AMAZING Shana Dee is the BEST hair stylist I have ever had. I am so picky when it comes to my hair... I would consider myself probably a nightmare client. If it isn't EXACTLY how I want it I will not be satisfied. Every-time Shana Dee does my hair I LOVE it. I will fly out just so that she can do my hair! She is so nice and friendly and will answer questions for you anytime any place. She wants what's best for you and your hair.She is a great person and a wonderful stylist.

Karina G.=Waxing Saint!!! I came to Katrina following a friend's recommendation...and it was one of the best decisions I have made!!!! I came to Katrina for her painless Brazilian wax, and while I believe that the words waxing and painless should never go in the same sentence together, Katrina provides the closest thing to it!!! She is fast and talks you through the whole thing!!!!
Shana Dee!!! Shana Dee is the best hairdresser I have ever had. I went to her when she lived out in AZ and she is the most talented hairdresser ever. Her knowledge of color is amazing. I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I wanted. Even though I went from dark, dark brown to light blonde, she was able to keep my hair totally healthy and gorgeous. Also, she is super sweet and makes you feel beautiful. GO TO SHANA DEE
Don't expect to be pampered I had a facial here in March 2007. The facial was probably one of the best I've ever had. But my experience waiting for my facial sucked. Far from being pampered from the minute I walked through the door, I was ignored. The salon doesn't have a nice "serenity" room to help set the mood. So when I checked in, I was forced to wander around the sales area in the front to look at their merchandise for more than 20 minutes.
