We got all of our fixtures for the new house here and couldn't be happier. The service was great and they had exactly what we were looking for every time, including a sink big enough for my biggest pan. And, when you're there, check out the amazing heated toilet seat!!!
We worked with Connie at the downtown location and she was very helpful. We made multiple trips trying to settle on all our plumbing needs and Connie was their each time to help us out. We made a mistake on our order and Connie worked with to get just what we needed. When our 31 boxes arrived, Stephen Jackson did a great job of letting us know when he would arrive. He also got everything unloaded and helped me match the order with the delivery. What a nice guy.
I appreciate all the help from our neighbor here in NW Portland. Great staff ! Chano is the best!
Thank you so much for replacing our water heater on a Saturday, sending AJ who was a hard worker and a downright nice guy, and giving us nice warm showers before we headed out for the evening. Priceless!
