Don, the manager at the Foster Rd store went way out of his way to help solve a problem in finding a part that is no longer made for our historic home. He found a new similar part that I could modify which worked out perfectly! The other stores that I went to just said that they were sorry but they couldn't help me and that I should try the internet.

Absolutely disappointed by the service, or shall I say lack of service. Went in store to purchase a water heater at the foster road location. Was there for over twenty minutes without receiving any help. Figured the phone might work better since they were answering them. No luck there either. You lost what would have been a guaranteed sale and my money will be going elsewhere. Never again will I bother dealing with this franchise who my family has gone through for over 30 years.

Just visited the Tigard store to have them help me with a spread faucet connection that was leaking. They not only found an exact replacement in their 'spare parts bin' on the bottom shelf, they gave it to me for no charge since it was not a stock item or something they have in their inventory system. Excellent service - friendly - knowledgeable. What else do you need from a plumbing supply store?

Just came from Moreland Plumbing on Pacific Hwy Tigard. Once again I had knowledgeable guys not only getting me what I need for the job I'm having to do, but telling me how I need to do it, since I'm not a plumber. Saved my bacon! That's why I keep coming back; I don't usually just need parts, I need help.
Great job by George Morland team and especially AJ who came to install. Good price and quick availability. The first time he came to install we realized that a door frame had to be removed to get the new water heater in and the old one out. No problem, I just gave them a call once we had the frame out and they got me in the next day.
