All of it!! We bought like a custom toilet from your Tigard store. Said they deliver 3 weeks ago! $1000!!! I have to make my 4rth phone call AGAIN! Tried to be nice and courteous but they won’t call me back. Not even the manager that was suggested to me last time!! When are you bloody well going to at least call me? They installed our water heater. They failed to wrap the wires with electrical tape. It sparked and when I called they said they would charge $150 to come look at it. Glad it didn't cause a fire and possibly cause loss of life or belongings.
I would like to thank Eugene at the Tigard store for helping me make a custom hookup for our Leveluk water system . He was very helpful and I owe him a lunch because he took time out of his lunch to help me , thanks Eugene and Morlan .
My parents live in SE Portland and their water heater died on the weekend. My mom is my dad's caregiver as he needs 24 hour care. She called G Morlan Plumbing right away and was told they could deliver on Monday. Then Monday they said Tuesday Morning. It is now Tuesday at 4pm and they state now maybe not until 8pm tonight!! My elderly parents are without Water!!! Our water heater went out and George Morlan came to the rescue writhin 24 hours. Quick and quality work, by a locally owned company. You can't beat them.
Just finishing bathroom #2. No pun intended :) If you do not have a TOTO washlet you are seriously missing out.

Just got off the phone, hanging up in anger, after being unable to bear talking with the very rude and obnoxious "gentleman" on the other end about a hot water heater. All of the advertising that you do can't make up for poor customer service...

We drove 40 minutes and arrived just after closing. Manager Don D. opened the door and helped us get the parts we needed so we could fix our plumbing when we returned home and get the water back on. He helped so I knew just what to do. Thanks Don D. for great customer service! Liz Wong
